This is a free meet and greet to introduce naturopathic care to you. Discovery Session - Virtual *Required For All New Clients*

A Discovery Session is your first step to becoming a new client at our clinic. This is a great time to introduce what you'd like to work on, goals, expectations and our approach. In this session your naturopathic doctor can book your initial visit to continue the journey.

Adult - Naturopathic Medicine

After your first visit with an ND, Momentum Visits (Follow-Up) will help you stay connected to your goals with naturopathic precision. For all new clients, start with a Discovery Session.

Pediatric - Naturopathic Medicine

Follow-up appointments for paediatric (under the age of 18) clients. If you are a new client, please book a discovery session to learn about getting started.

Wholistic Hormone Healing

Harmony begins here: balance your hormones, reclaim your energy, and come alive. For those brand new to Dr. Chelsea's approach, please click the link at the top of the page to begin the journey.

Hydrotherapy

This technique uses alternating hot and cold water with the application of electrotherapeutics to increase blood flow, lymph drainage and restore vitality to organs of digestion and elimination. New clients must complete a Hydrotherapy Initial Assessment by an ND at The Health Creation Lab prior to booking hydrotherapy sessions.
