Discovery Session - Virtual

The Virtual Discovery Session is an opportunity to meet your naturopathic doctor before an initial appointment. This is a great time to introduce what you'd like to work on, goals, expectations and our approach. By the end, we'll both known if we are a good match for each other.

Adult - Naturopathic Medicine

The Health Creation Map (initial appointment) is an in-depth appointment that goes over your health concerns and full medical history. A discovery session is mandatory before this is booked. (see note above)

Pediatric - Naturopathic Medicine

Please book this appointment for anyone under the age of 18 years.

Wholistic Hormone Healing

Hydrotherapy

This technique uses alternating hot and cold water with the application of electrotherapeutics to increase blood flow, lymph drainage and restore vitality to organs of digestion and elimination. New clients must complete a Hydrotherapy Initial Assessment by an ND at The Health Creation Lab prior to booking hydrotherapy sessions.
